Manchester Therapy Centre is a private physiotherapy clinic based in Monton, Eccles, Manchester. Our services are provided by qualified, registered physiotherapists and are governed by professional standards set by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are typically 30 minutes in duration and available within 48 hours.
You may self-refer or be referred by a GP or consultant.

3. Payment and Fees
Fees are payable at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and some private insurance plans.
4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
Failure to attend or late cancellations will incur the full session fee.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
5. Insurance and Invoicing
We can invoice your insurance provider directly if approved in advance.
It is your responsibility to confirm your physiotherapy coverage with your insurer.
Any fees not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.
6. Confidentiality and Medical Records
All personal and medical information is treated as confidential and stored securely.
Your progress may be shared with your referring doctor unless you request otherwise.
Our practices comply with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.
