Refund Policy

Manchester Therapy Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds for physiotherapy services.

 

By booking an appointment with us, online, by phone, or in person, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

 

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment (no-show), will be charged in full.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance and have already pre-paid for your session, you will receive a full refund.

If Manchester Therapy Centre must cancel or reschedule your appointment and you're unable or unwilling to rebook, we will offer a full refund.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment

  • Missed appointments without prior notice

  • Prepaid sessions that are part of discounted multi-session packages, unless agreed otherwise

  • Services that have already been provided
